NUPSYCHE is the Guidance Services Information System of National University Lipa. It facilitates counseling referrals, session scheduling, and student well-being monitoring within the institution.

2. Data Privacy

All personal information collected is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will only be used for guidance and counseling purposes within NU Lipa and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

3. Confidentiality

Information shared during counseling sessions is confidential. Exceptions apply only when there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by professional and ethical standards.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately to the Guidance Office.

5. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

6. Appropriate Use

The system must only be used for legitimate guidance and counseling activities. Misuse, including submitting false referrals or manipulating system data, is strictly prohibited.
